I’m taking part in Haul for Hope – a plane pull designed to test my colleagues on our grit, strength and teamwork, all in support of an important cause. Our corporate team is pulling for patients as part of the first ever Haul for Hope challenge - an event where a small group will pull a commercial aircraft 100M, competing against our own abilities and the clock at Toronto's Billy Bishop Airport.

Earlier this year, our PWC team had a Volunteer Day where we supported Hope Air, with a brainstorm + hackathon, to help improve the system and processes for tracking fundraising, reporting and in turn, impact the patient experience.

We're fundraising to make sure that Hope Air can continue to fund life-saving travel for medical care. Your donation helps families in communities in Northern and rural Ontario reach medical care in urban centers throughout the country. Hope Air provides travel and accommodations for Canadians in need, requiring access to medical care far from home. Since 1986, Hope Air has provided over 170,000+ travel arrangements for individuals, families and children across Canada.

Many of us take travel for granted. Haul for Hope is about supporting those who don’t have that luxury.
